Better than I expected, got a few letters from the insurance company that I simply turned over to Bob and Loreli and let them sort through the problem and within a day or two took care of the problem and spent their time instead of me spending my time getting things squared away. The thing I like is I don’t have to deal with anyone but them, they get to deal with the insurance companies.
